Our lives are in constant state of Transition. Life is always moving forward; nothing ever remains the same. Even those who lives essentially quiet lives are affected by Change.
To a greater or lesser degree, we are continually being transported- whether suddenly or gradually- into the new, the different, the unexpected, or the untried.

The decisions you make about you Life will direct your unfolding future. You can introduce positive Change by ordering your life according to you God given Purpose.
Remember that your destiny is established but not guaranteed

The Business of Purpose

The greatest enemy of success is the fear of failure. success is the potential destiny of living things. It is the completion and fulfillment of the purpose of existence. Success is not measured by what you have done as against what others have done, but by what you could have done.
Purpose is the key to Success.
What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us. You are created for a purpose and on purpose. What a tragedy it is to be successful at the wrong things.
Purpose can be defined as the original reason for the existence of a thing. And success in life is making it to the end of the reason why you exist.
Time is an interruption in eternity. It was created by God, He put you in it, but He does not live in time. He lives in eternity. eternity is time without measure. God who lives in forever took a little of forever and put us in it.
We are placed in time to fulfill purpose. When you die before your time you were killed. In other words , everyone has been given enough time to fulfill their purpose on earth.
Purpose gives meaning to life in Time. It disciplines your behavior and chooses your habits.
The greatest motivation in life is death. Death has been placed in life as Timing. Your purpose in life is Eternal, your Spirit also, but your body is trapped in Time.
Your future is trapped in your inside, and you're carrying about your own raw material. Just like cow is trapped in calf, flight is trapped in birds,swim is trapped in fish, tree is trapped in seeds.
The value of life is not in its duration but in its donation. Time was given to us to bring closures to failure and success.

Business is the expression of Purpose. The business of Purpose is the Purpose of business!
Business has no Purpose without Purpose of business!
Successful Businesses are Purposeful Businesses! All Successful businesses begin with the end in Mind.
Success in life  begins with aligning what you do on Purpose!

AN INDOMITABLE ADDICT OF EXCELLENCE

I will be an Island of excellence in the sea of mediocrity.
I will become an irreplacable emancipator.
I choose to be an uncommon Man because it is my right to be uncommon when I can.
I seek opportunities not security.
I don't want to be a redundant citizen, humble and dull having my Boss look over me like a child.
I would rather be a meaningful specific than to be a wandering generality; bearing in mind that it will take 99% perspiration and just 1% inspiration.
I am undoubtedly willing to take up the calculated risk
I will never embrace the victim mentality because I recognize that who I am and where I am remains my responsibility.
I maintain the get-it-done attitude thinking of myself as Self employed.
I learnt from those who taught me that stress comes from doing less. So, I make high quality my goal and responsibility naturally follows'
I dare to dream and to build; to fail and to succeed
I dare to stand up tall, bold and unafraid and tell the world-
THIS I HAVE DONE.

CAREER VS. PURPOSE

I will like to start by attempting to put this matter in proper perspective.

The Mantra:’ Career Vs. Purpose’ places the two as competitors not compliments. This is out of place.

Career, as defined by Wikipedia, is the Individual journey through learning, work and other aspects of life. An occupation undertaken for a significant period of a person’s life with opportunities for progress.

Purpose is an anticipated outcome that is intended or that guides your planned actions. The reason, for which something is done, created or exists.

Career is a vehicle for perpetuating purpose. For some people the only motivation they get from their job is the remuneration. For them career is a mere routine job without any sense of fulfillment of purpose. No passion for work only interested in the Income.

But for others their motivation is far beyond what they can get but give. Their motivation for work is the Impact they make in the lives of the people they come across. Such people come across as people living their dreams because of the Joy and fulfillment they derive.

The only person that can best explain the purpose of a thing is the manufacturer. And he communicates his intent via the product’s manual. God has placed the manuscript in us through our talents and potentials.                                                                                                                                                         What inform your career choice are your values, which is, in turn, predicated by your gifting.

For some other people, they live 95% of their time for Income and just 5% for Impact. For such people it’s like taking 95 steps backward and just 5 steps forward daily. No matter how fast they run in life, they’re running very fast on the wrong road. They are the people the Organizers of this event have in mind.  Such people need to do a reality check, make a U-Turn and ask the question:

Why are my here?

The Benefit of Inexperience

   

      The cry for change often begins in the heart of the inexperienced because their aspiration for the unknown generates a spirit of change. I'm not saying that experience isn't sometimes helpful or important in initiating change.
Think for example,of inventor Thomas Edison,who kept on experimenting past failures and his ingeniously creative mind to ultimately invent the electric light bulb,among many other groundbreaking devices.

     However, experience can sometimes undermine your dreams because you may begin to think of what cannot be done,and why. 
A lack of experience can allow a person to believe in possibilities without the hindering knowledge of what was possible in the past. In essence he or she has no reference for restriction.
Perhaps this is why, throughout history,change has always been the rite of passage for youth.

     No one approaches life without some experience and tradition behind him-unless that person is an infant! rather, change agents blends experience and possibilities into a new experience. 

      Change ,therefore, may simply be the introduction of an experience that is different from your old one.
Your capacity to learn how to effectively employ new ways of thinking,to use new tools, and to use old tools in a new way will determine whether you will be an initiator of change or a victim of change.

The Permanence of Change

For more than a century, the undisputed world leader in the Time piece industry was the Swiss swatch company. In fact, the word watch became synonymous with Switzerland. Their  success as the most  efficient watchmakers in the world went unchallenged.Everyone wanted a Swiss watch.
At  the height of its reign as the king of the time piece world,the Swiss watch company controlled more than 80 per cent of the market. During this time,one of its young researchers along with a number of  his colleagues invented a new, more accurate and entirely electronic watch.
As the inventor introduced the new product, the members of the board listen with interest and carefully  the assessed idea of changing from a motorized-to an electronic-based product.
After close review,the members decided the invention was interesting and held a promise, but they refused to make the product a priority.
A year later, the Swiss company displayed the new invention along with its other products,at the annual watch congress, and representatives of two companies noticed it. These two companies soon developed a similar prototype based on the principle of electronic operations,and marketed it. it revolutionized the watch industry world wide.
Ten years after the introduction of electronic watches to the market place, the Swiss watch company had less than 10 percent of world sales. This devastating loss forced the company to terminate the employment of fifty thousand of its sixty five thousand employees.
